PGG Fresh Foods was built on a simple insight — the fruits and herbs on our own plantations create far more value when processed and branded than when exported raw. By controlling the full chain from field to shelf, we capture stronger margins and deliver more reliable returns. Today the division operates a 5-tonne-per-day processing facility in Horana, serving 240 retail partners across Sri Lanka and exporting to the Middle East, East Asia and the EU.
Our innovation kitchen and lab are continuously formulating clean-label, high-value consumer products using Sri Lankan plantation harvests to capture more value locally.
